Return Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality handmade leather watch straps from Vietnam to customers around the world, including the US. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are willing to support returns according to the terms below.

1. Conditions for product returns

We accept product returns in the following cases:

Products with manufacturing defects: If the product you receive has defects in workmanship, materials, or design that are not as described.

Products not as ordered: Received the wrong size, color, or style compared to the order.

Goods damaged during transportation: If the product is damaged during transportation, please provide detailed photos of the product's condition and packaging.

2. Conditions for product returns

To be accepted for return, the product must:

- Be intact, unused, and have the original tags and labels.

- Returned in original packaging (if available).

- The order must include all relevant documents such as purchase receipt and shipping information.

3. Time to request a return

- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. We do not accept returns after this period.

- For defective or incorrect products, please contact us within 3 days of receipt for assistance.

4. Product Return Process

To process a return, please follow these steps:

Order ID

Reason for return

Detailed images of the product (if the product is damaged or defective)

- Receive return instructions: After confirming the return request, we will provide detailed instructions on how to send the product back to our warehouse in Vietnam or a pick-up point in the US (if applicable).

- Return the product: You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product (except in the case of a defective product). We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking to ensure the product is returned successfully.

5. Refunds and product exchanges

- Refunds: After receiving the returned product, we will check the quality and refund via the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

- Product exchange: You can request to exchange for a similar product or another product of equivalent value. The product exchange process may take 10-15 working days depending on the warehouse location.

6. Cases that are not eligible for returns:

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

- The product has been used or damaged due to user error.

- The product has no technical errors but is not intact as when received.

Special discount orders, products in the final promotion program will not be refunded.
